Test Case 5: Shell model of MgCl$_2$ at constant pressure

Dynamical Shell model simulation of MgCl$_2$. Temperature and pressure are controlled by a Berendsen thermostat and barostat. An Ewald sum is used with cubic periodic boundary conditions.
