The code was C-preprocessed with the flag -DPVM set but the number
of PVM nodes was not stated.
Action:
Delete the module INITCOMMS.o from the source directory
and re-make the executable,this time including the directive
PVM_NODES=n (where n is the number of nodes you require) with
the make command.
