The inclusion of the SPME algorithm in DL_POLY_2 is optional at the compile
stage. If the executable does not contain the SPME routines, but the
method is requested by the user, this error results.
Action:
DL_POLY_2 must be recompiled with the SPME flags set. Beware that your system
has the necessary fast Fourier transform routines to permit this.
